We learnt that when we are manuhiri (visitors) somewhere, we should always:
* Be respectful of the buildings
* Listen to the person talking
* Be careful
* Follow instructions
* Be quiet at the right time
* Remember your manners
* Put all your rubbish in the bin
* Don't touch things that you shouldn't touch
We think we did this pretty well! Phew, what a busy, fun week.! :-)

Whirlwind Trip of Te Papa
Our bus guy was half an hour late, so we sped through Te Papa this morning. We're at the National Library now!
Fun at the National Library
We're having loads of fun making masks at the National Library. We have also shared lots of our knowledge about the Treaty of Waitangi, and we saw some awesome art and displays. Now we're off to Te Papa!
Te Wehengã
Wow, this artwork us all about the Mãori creation story. We were surprised about how much we really knew from our Karakia! Tau kë!!

Chilled Fruit Juice Available
We still have a number of small juice packs left over from our wonderful Summer Day Out at the weekend.
They are Charlie's fresh orange or apple juice (not made from concentrate). We are storing them in the fridge in the team space in Harakeke hub, and we are selling them for $2. All proceeds will go to the fundraising for our senior playground.
If you would like your child/ren to have a chilled juice at morning tea or lunch simply send them along with $2. Available while stocks last!
